Great atmosphere. The food tastes authentic and homemade. Really clean environment. The owner is really friendly and professional. The menu has a great variety especially if you go there for great Persian dishes. I am very picky about rice and I can say the rice here is near perfect. Parking is easy to find across the street and the location is neat because you get to walk in Juanita Beach park after you eat.

One of my FAVORITE places! Their Lamb Shank dinner is the ABSOLUTE best & they are so friendly! Always a delight.
